We are fundraising to help cover the costs of Sophia's $15,000 vet bill.

Sophia was hit by a car in the collector’s lane on the 401. We now know that a man driving a white pickup truck stopped and blocked all traffic on the 401 during rush hour to save Sophia from being hit again. Their selfless act literally saved Sophia’s life and for that we are eternally grateful.

Sophia’s injuries were extensive which left our vet partners concerned for her future. A broken jaw and possible paralysis were the two main challenges she was fighting. Unable to move her legs, let alone stand, Sophia needed round the clock care.

To date we have managed to raise just over $8,000 and our final invoice is just over $15,000. We need help and are so grateful to Sipology for assisting in this cause. Sophia is a a fighter, she is not giving up and neither are we!
